In this essay, presented at the international conference Changing the Change, is indicated the project Friend Bus Service Solution. The proposal regarding the field of sustainable mobility and is based on the idea that it is possible modify and improvement the public transport systems, making them more flexible, attractive, and closer to the needs of users.
