The extramural sanctuaries of ancient Cyrene are numerous and present very interesting features, showing more Greek features for those which can be considered 'para-urban' or 'per-urban' sanctuaries, and gradually more Libyan for those in the territory, suggesting different steps of sincretism in the cults of the region. The paper presents several temples and sanctuiaries of the region ilooking both to architectonic, artistic and iconographic features.
