Andricevi "studenti" izmedju Istoka i Zapada

This paper analyzes the lengthy passage of Ivo Andrić’s novel The Bridge on the Drina that goes from the 17th to mid 19th chapter: here students who study abroad, during the summer vacations come back to Višegrad and discuss the Eastern Question on the bridge on the Drina. This section is compared with the analogous situation of students on the other side of the Adriatic, but in the 19th century, who also discussed the Eastern Question on the bridges in Venice. Andrić was familiar with the activities of “Giovine Italia” and it is confirmed in the novel by numerous analogies. Together with the Eastern Question, in connection with the students is analyzed the liberum arbitrium indifferentiae since it refers to their existential concerns of matters of reality. У овом раду се анализира подужи одломак романа На Дрини ћуприја Иве Андрића који иде од краја XVII па до средине XIX поглавља: ради се о студентима који студирају ван Вишеграда и који на мосту на Дрини разматрају тзв. „Источно питање“. Овај одломак се упоређује са аналогном ситуацијом студената с друге стране Јадрана, али у претходном столећу, који су такође разматрали „Источно питање“ на мостовима, у Венецији. Андрић је био упознат и са делатностима „Младе Италије“ и у роману су потврђене бројне аналогије. Заједно са Источним питањем, у вези са студентима се анализира и појам liberum arbitrium indifferentiae који се односи на егзистенцијалну забринутост Андрићевих студената питањима стварности.
