The A.T.E.R. settlements of Preturo and Monticchio (AQ) regeneration is a part of an inter-scalar and in- ter-disciplinary sustainable development program of the L’Aquila Territory (configured by a large research group, coordinated by M.C. Forlani since 2009), ai- med at the connection between planning and process actions. The regeneration is oriented to the spatial-fun- ctional and energetic-environmental criticalities of the considered buildings and to the urgency of considering the transformation “weight” on the environment. The research examines how much the external space design affects the space immaterial dimension (liveabi- lity, comfort) and the neighbouring buildings environ- mental performance, proposing an energetic-environ- mental building requalification. We also hypothesize some solutions for the building functional requalifica- tion that foresee the the usability performance enhan- cement, through new flexibility requirements, compa- tibly with the safety against the seismic risk and the energetic saving need.

Abstract
We also hypothesize some solutions for the building functional requalifica- tion that foresee the the usability performance enhan- cement, through new flexibility requirements, compa- tibly with the safety against the seismic risk and the energetic saving need.File | Dimensione | Formato | |
