This paper provides an edition and commentary on the Hittite text KBo 17.83+ and allegedly related fragments, recording a festival for the Storm-god of Ḫiššašḫapa (CTH 637). Furthermore, the sources for the history of the city of Ḫiššašḫapa in the Hittite kingdom and the role of the Storm-god of Ḫiššašḫapa in the Hittite pantheon will be taken into account and briefly discussed.
