In this paper we propose a multiresolution Karhunen-Lo´eve expansion (MR-KL) for frequency exploratory analysis of thermal and GSR signals. The analysis reveals the affinity, in terms of its constituent components, of the thermal signal with the GSR which is considered the golden standard in peripheral neuro-physiological and psycho-physiological studies.
