This piece of work shows the joint results of a research experience carried out on a significant compound of social housing in Lanciano (Chieti), built between the first and the second world war; the analysis of the existing architectural and cultural heritage of ATER Lanciano allows some observations about sustainability in preservation and restoration; several different documentary sources were studied using the expressive possibilities of representation.
