Analisi delle differenze fra i requisiti igienico-sanitari dei sottotetti abitabili nelle diverse regioni italiane

Recently the Italian Supreme Court sentenced that the ownership of garrets belongs to the owner of the above located dwelling. These spaces can, particularly in this moment of housing shortage, become important as living environment. In this study the authors analyze the minimum hygienic requirements for gravers, as established by the different regional laws, underlining the differences between them, also considering what emerges from international guidelines and studies for living spaces. In the end the authors stress the importance of planning sanitary interventions to protect the health of the inhabitants of those dwellings.
