Abstract
A novel type of solid-state lithium rocking-chair battery, employing titanium disulfide as the negative lithium sink electrode, lithium cobalt oxide as the lithium source positive electrode, and a highly conductive gel-type polymer membrane as the electrolyte has been fabricated and evaluated. The data reported here demonstrate that the rocking-chair concept may be applied to various combinations, which, starting from the well-established C-LiMO2 (M = Co, Ni) may expand to others involving alternative electrode materials of which TiS2 is a promising example.File in questo prodotto:
