In its traditions as influent inheritances, as in its development application tires, the social housing takes in account some characteristics related to the decisional dynamics of co-evolutionary social actors locally situated. In such a context, it's necessary to analyze the main aspects of the socio-historical features of housing in Europe and in Italy, by which follows the proposal for a theoretical and evolutionary and relational dimension of decision making involved in the social nature of housing, through the recognition of a residential identity of actors who advance, through the free participatory dynamic of Fluent Governance, their motions and advances about a desirable or plausible future for housing policies.

Abstract

In its traditions as influent inheritances, as in its development application tires, the social housing takes in account some characteristics related to the decisional dynamics of co-evolutionary social actors locally situated. In such a context, it's necessary to analyze the main aspects of the socio-historical features of housing in Europe and in Italy, by which follows the proposal for a theoretical and evolutionary and relational dimension of decision making involved in the social nature of housing, through the recognition of a residential identity of actors who advance, through the free participatory dynamic of Fluent Governance, their motions and advances about a desirable or plausible future for housing policies.
