In our applicative research, we took the typology realized by the American specialists R.E. Miles & C.C. Snow regarding organizational strategies of American NGO, and then we applied it to 25 Romanian NGO, founded after 1990, respectively to 1-2 managers, who agreed to answer our questionnaire. The results of our approach confirm the hypothesis of the two American researchers regarding the different types of NGO's.
