Smaltimento e recupero di rifiuti di apparecchiature elettriche ed elettroniche: un modello territoriale

The performance of the European norm about waste from Electronic and Electrical Equipment has reached nearly the end in the Italian context. This norm beyond to the protection of the environment presupposes also the birth of new tie and opportunity for all the stakeholder. In this paper we will analyze the process of treatment of these refusals in a territorial model, through the analysis of the data of the last years . In this context we will proceed to an economic appraisal of the matter flows in order to understand the effective convenience for the creation of an ecological platform that supplies to the corrected recovery of the waste fractions presents, let alone to the collection and the possible disposal of the dangerous materials. The study aimed at the discovery and the variable real analysis of the economic - social- territorial that influence the row of the WEEE.
