Le rappresentazioni del paesaggio tra immagini storiche e letture contemporanee. / The representations of the landscape between historical pictures and contemporary readings

Il contributo, finalizzato alla ricerca delle possibili rappresentazioni del paesaggio, propone l’indagine su un brano del territorio montano abruzzese relativo al massiccio del Gran Sasso. Partendo dai riferimenti documentari, in particolar modo dai materiali iconografici relativi all’area di studio che hanno costituito un indispensabile momento di approfondimento e confronto delle caratteristiche dei luoghi, sono state condotte una serie di letture indirizzate da diversi parametri, di tipo figurativo, estetico, naturalistico, geografico e antropologico, che hanno condotto verso la scelta di una sintesi comunicativa per immagini.// The contribution, aimed at finding out the possible representations of the landscape, proposes the survey of a piece of the mountain territory of Abruzzo, just that related to the Gran Sasso massif. Starting from the documentary references, specifically by visual materials related to the area subjected to be studied as formed a vital chance for reflection and comparison of the features of the area, a series of analyzes were carried out and based on different parameters, figurative, aesthetic, natural, geographical and anthropological parameters, which led to the choice of a summary communication for images. The mountain is the background or the subject of symbolic and realistic representations, sketches, paintings, drawn for scientific or simply descriptive purposes, which constitute a body of documents from which a multiplicity of representations emerge and that, with different techniques and styles, report the suggestions made by the majestic landscape scenery. The conference is therefore an opportunity to debate even on complex issues, to propose results, to express, through graphical models, traditional and digital, the possible graphic formulas.
