In this article it will be formulated a hypothesis testing of the relationship between changes in the socio-cultural system and in the cognitive-behavioural and communicational dynamics of youths. Within this framework it will be outlined the role of the traditional agencies of socialization, such as school and family, and it will be identified the strengths on which it can build a training proposal based on a playful approach that enhances the specificity of the current social context in a functional direction to serve the welfare of individuals and community.
