Achieving Life Goals: Personality and Gratitude for a Meaningful Life

In this paper, we’re assuming the goals-attainment process as a dynamical and adaptive strategy along the entire lifetime, involving deve-lopment, education and self-empowering learning, due to such a complex nature and disposability, towards a meaningful life. We’re going to reveal its psychological constituents and even propose a theorical frame of the issue, taking into account epistemological types, psychological items, psychosocial terms in which goals achievement can be adequately represented and understood, especially nowadays when we can easily observe a great enhancement of topic-related researches about goals attainment and wellness, promoting a responsive self-awareness.
