Alberto Caracciolo (1918-1990) was the first Italian professor to hold a chair of philosophy of religion in Italian universities. This paper briefly discusses his conception of religion as a structural dimension and as an autonomous manner of human spirit, as well as his interpretation of Hegel's thought, which appears marked by numerous ambiguities with regard to the relationship between religion and philosophy. The centrality of Denken in the interpretation of religious representation, however, places Hegel in the line of the religious liberalism.

Abstract
Alberto Caracciolo (1918-1990) was the first Italian professor to hold a chair of philosophy of religion in Italian universities. This paper briefly discusses his conception of religion as a structural dimension and as an autonomous manner of human spirit, as well as his interpretation of Hegel's thought, which appears marked by numerous ambiguities with regard to the relationship between religion and philosophy. The centrality of Denken in the interpretation of religious representation, however, places Hegel in the line of the religious liberalism.File in questo prodotto:
