Hegel's theory of intelligence refutes the psychology of his time. As a contribution to elucidate this refutation, my essay deals with the first step of the theory, namely the concept of intuition. In his Encyclopaedia of philosophical sciences this concept is composed of three factors, which have a peculiar meaning in the psychology as a philosophical science: feeling, attention, and space and time as forms of the intuition. Aiming to an explanation of their psychological feature, I'll compare the immediacy of the psychological feeling with that of natural sensation, than I'll examine the attention as well as the space and time as forms of intuition. As a last issue I'll show the relationship between the concept of intuition and the hegelian reception of Aristotle's psychology.
