I "credo" di Alf Ross. Scienza democrazia giustizia nelle pagine del "Demokrati, magt og ret"

In 1974, Alf Ross gathered and republished articles for newspapers and magazines from the late 1960s in a volume, "Demokrati, magt og ret. Indlæg i dagens debat". The volume is a collection of thoughts about what democracy actually is, and how democracy intertwines with power and law in regard to thorny issues of public debate. The last article "Credo", written by Ross a few years before his death, is a sort of moral testament. What does Ross believe in? In the present essay, Ross's "credo" for science, democracy, and justice are analysed. The notorious unconditional enlightenment characterizing his lifetime committment to legal philosophy is distinctly reflected in his modus arguendi as practical jurist and social commentator.
