The association between first trimester markers of placentation and RFM has been investigated. RFM at term were observed to be associated with both low PAPP-A and high UtAD PI between 11±0 and 13±6 weeks gestation. Our findings support the assertion that RFM at term are related to placental dysfunction and increased risk of SGA. First trimester PAPP-A and UtA Doppler should be considered for risk stratification in women presenting at term with RFM.

Abstract
The association between first trimester markers of placentation and RFM has been investigated. RFM at term were observed to be associated with both low PAPP-A and high UtAD PI between 11±0 and 13±6 weeks gestation. Our findings support the assertion that RFM at term are related to placental dysfunction and increased risk of SGA. First trimester PAPP-A and UtA Doppler should be considered for risk stratification in women presenting at term with RFM.File in questo prodotto:
