Many controversies still remain concerning translation processes, quality and evaluation of quality, and to address these issues the present article attempts to analyze some of the translation processes and the methods currently available used to evaluate the quality of translations, and to fulfil the existing gaps, by introducing new concepts and methods to score translation quality.

Abstract
