LUM represents an opportunity of debate and knowledge exchange among university, local administration, stakeholders, and community. In this way it promotes bottom-up and participated approach to develop a multi-scale intervention strategies’ agenda. This process intercepts the goals of sustainable development declined both at European and national level (Agenda 2030, Urban Agenda and PNRR).
