El papel de la OLAF en la utilización de los recursos del programa Next Generation EU

The execution and implementation of the NGEU plan and European funds constitutes an essential element within the framework of the management system of the plan, provided by the European Union and national regulations. The regulations also provide for some precautions and guarantees in performance and compliance, as well as anti-fraud measures to avoid conflicts of interest. In this sense, the role of OLAF constitutes a necessary element to guarantee the correct use of the funds, guaranteeing efficiency and compliance with the rules.
