Obiettivi: il Progetto CompHP si è proposto di elaborare uno schema delle competenze di base che gli operatori coinvolti stabilmente nella promozione della salute dovrebbero dimostrare di possedere per garantire azioni efficaci, eticamente sostenibili ed eque. In parallelo con l'elaborazione delle competenze, CompHP si è proposto di costruire un sistema di valutazione e di accreditamento volontario sia dei singoli professionisti della promozione della salute che dei corsi di laurea e post lauream destinati a formare tali professionisti. English abstract Objectives: the project CompHP it was proposed to develop a framework of basic skills that operators regularly involved in health promotion should demonstrate to ensure effective action, ethically sustainable and equitable. In parallel with the development of skills, CompHP it was proposed to build a system of evaluation and accreditation is voluntary individual professionals health promotion courses in undergraduate and postgraduate degree designed to train these professionals. Method: the approach followed by CompHP was developed through the following methods: large international bibliographic research, working groups from among the members of the project, expert consultation (Focus Group, DELPHI), feasibility studies in the field. Results: we developed three texts, each of the three areas of work: core competencies, standards of evaluation, accreditation system. The article aims to present the results obtained from CompHP discussing them in the light of more recent Italian experience.
