This review provides an overview of the principles established by the Italian administrative courts on antitrust issues during 2021. Reference will be given to the judgments about the decisions adopted by the Italian Competition Authority, with particular emphasis on substantial issues (relevant markets, restrictive agreements, abuses of dominant position, mergers), procedural aspects, penalties, and on matters concerning the limits of the jurisdictional control before the administrative courts.
