In this study we want to demonstrate how Soffici followed in Apollinaire’s footsteps throughout his life. By elucidating their relationships, we seek to illustrate how the Florentine artist consciously or unconsciously pursued the same path as the Frenchman, attempting to cover in Italian literature the role that the author of Zone has had in that beyond the Alps.
