The aim of the work is to present a web platform aimed at evaluating /self-evaluating the performance of teachers and students for the professional qualification of the teacher with respect to the training needs of students (and other stakeholders). The work starts from the attempt to define a concept of teaching quality that represents a shareable reference, “ideal” for the development of the professionalism of the teacher with respect to his own teaching-learning context (disciplinary, social, cultural, Uni- versity). To this end, a holistic approach has been developed and subsequently trans- lated into a web platform, as a guide for the teacher in the evaluation and self-evalu- ation of the quality of his teaching, highlighting the gap between “Ideal Quality” and real quality.
