In heart failure with reduced ejection fraction (HFrEF), cardiac contractility modulation (CCM) improves symptoms and reduces hospitalizations, but there is still no conclusive evidence regarding the reduction of arrhythmic events. We present a HFrEF patient with high arrhythmic burden, undergoing CCM implantation with improvement in symptoms and ventricular arrhythmias.

Abstract
In heart failure with reduced ejection fraction (HFrEF), cardiac contractility modulation (CCM) improves symptoms and reduces hospitalizations, but there is still no conclusive evidence regarding the reduction of arrhythmic events. We present a HFrEF patient with high arrhythmic burden, undergoing CCM implantation with improvement in symptoms and ventricular arrhythmias.File in questo prodotto:
