The digitisation of the architectural heritage is essential for its conservation and enhancement. This study presents an articulated methodology, exploiting the integration of Building Information Modeling (BIM), Geographic Information System (GIS) and other advanced information systems. The methodological approach begins with the identification of the case study, followed by the retrieval of documentary material. The georeferenced BIM model in ArcGIS Pro highlights the effectiveness of this integration, optimising the management of the architectural heritage. The collected data is organised and loaded into the Common Data Environment (CDE) to ensure accurate management. The developed methodology produced positive results, opening up research perspectives to extend the process to other buildings. The research carried out aims to identify innovative solutions for the valorisation of architectural heritage through the application of advanced technologies. The next step is to create a structured platform for total management through digitisation.
