An International Design and Building Workshop was held at the École Nationale d'Architecture de Marrakech in collaboration with the University of Chieti-Pescara. The workshop aimed to rethink traditional school environments. The goal was to transform common school spaces into dynamic learning environments that foster interaction and support through the use of micro-architecture. These micro-architectural interventions were not just furniture or typical architectural structures, but a hybrid of the two. The project emphasized the importance of self-construction and the use of sustainable materials and digital fabrication. This hands-on approach was intended to teach students about the circular economy and to promote a new way of thinking about creating inclusive school spaces that prioritize the student's experience.

Abstract
An International Design and Building Workshop was held at the École Nationale d'Architecture de Marrakech in collaboration with the University of Chieti-Pescara. The workshop aimed to rethink traditional school environments. The goal was to transform common school spaces into dynamic learning environments that foster interaction and support through the use of micro-architecture. These micro-architectural interventions were not just furniture or typical architectural structures, but a hybrid of the two. The project emphasized the importance of self-construction and the use of sustainable materials and digital fabrication. This hands-on approach was intended to teach students about the circular economy and to promote a new way of thinking about creating inclusive school spaces that prioritize the student's experience.I documenti in IRIS sono protetti da copyright e tutti i diritti sono riservati, salvo diversa indicazione.
