The tool takes a short input text (for instance the scientific objectives of a specific call) and analyzes the metadata of scholarly publications (title and abstract) from a repository to suggest a list of potential collaborators, based on semantic similarity and scientific relevance. The current instance includes all the researchers from ten research institutions located across Europe.
