Abstract

A 70-year-old patient with hypertension and HCV +, presents a hyperkeratotic lesion, round, about 1 cm in diameter at the fronto-parietal level. In the same location we also find a tangle of numerous arterial and venous vessels (some particularly dilated) that pose a serious risk of bleeding during surgery. The lesion to be removed is located near the superficial temporal artery and to avoid accidentally incising it or damaging it with the passage of the needle, it is decided to close it upstream of the lesion and also downstream, at the level of its two main pulsating branches.
