Elastosis perforans serpiginosa (EPS) is a rare skin condition belonging to the group of perforating dermatoses (PDs) and characterized by transepidermal elimination of abnormal elastic fibres.1 We report a case of an acquired disseminated EPS in a patient with multiple chronic viral infections, who was successfully treated with narrowband ultraviolet B (NB-UVB).
