The paper organically addresses the topic of the authorship of Pind. fr. **104b M., whose text is mentioned by Plut. Pyth. or. 29 (Mor. 409b). The analysis of the fragment, which is developed through an examination of the textual transmission, the history of its criticism, the context in which it is cited, the linguistic facies, the style, and the citational mode, seeks to demonstrate not only the appropriateness of confirming its attribution to Pindar, but also its possible connection to an Apollonian festive context. In the Appendix, this paper includes two short notes on the most discussed verbal forms.

Abstract
The paper organically addresses the topic of the authorship of Pind. fr. **104b M., whose text is mentioned by Plut. Pyth. or. 29 (Mor. 409b). The analysis of the fragment, which is developed through an examination of the textual transmission, the history of its criticism, the context in which it is cited, the linguistic facies, the style, and the citational mode, seeks to demonstrate not only the appropriateness of confirming its attribution to Pindar, but also its possible connection to an Apollonian festive context. In the Appendix, this paper includes two short notes on the most discussed verbal forms.File in questo prodotto:
