Moreover, some data suggest that nitric oxide has a physiological role in CN regulation of food intake. We sought to evaluate the effect of the combined adminitration of a long acting nitric oxide donor and a newly synthetized GHRP on food intake. Data suggest that nitric oxide is physiologically involved not only in endocrine effects but also in food intake and it can be foreseen that a combination of GHRP-nitrix oxide donor have a clinical utility in the treatment of catabolic states

Abstract
