Utopie contemporanee della città fragile / Contemporary Utopias of the fragile city

Il contributo propone l’indagine di ambiti in cui emerge la città “altra” contraddistinta dalla fragilità dell’esistenza umana rapportata al contesto che la ospita. L’analisi riguarda l’osservazione di quartieri periferici in cui le relazioni tra l’individuo e l’architettura che lo circonda riflettono il malessere del vivere contemporaneo esternando forme di degrado e anomalie in cui rintracciare segni di reintegrazione. I linguaggi di un’estetica “diversa” che trova ad esempio sbocco nella creatività della street art, espressione di una forma di riscatto e riqualificazione urbana proiettata nella dimensione degli spazi pubblici trascurati in cui non esiste una caratterizzazione culturale. Comunicazioni artistico visuali, inizialmente spontanee ed effimere, che richiamano l’attenzione raccontando spazi alternativi della città contemporanea, offrendo possibili utopie. E’ questo, tra i tanti, il caso del grande murales ultimato di recente a Pescara intitolato “Dream”, realizzato sulla grigia facciata di un palazzo del quartiere di Fontanelle, dallo street artist Millo, pescarese di adozione, frutto di un progetto di recupero artistico dedicato alle periferie da parte dell’assessorato alla cultura e alle politiche giovanili che si riferirà come caso studio con letture grafiche, interviste e commenti dell’artista. / The contribution, proposes the investigation of areas in which the "other" city emerges, distinguished by the fragility of human existence compared to the host context. The analysis will concern the observation of suburban neighborhoods in which the relationships between the individual and the architecture that surrounds him reflect the malaise of contemporary living, externally expressing forms of degradation and anomalies in which to find signs of reintegration. The languages of a "different" aesthetic that finds, for example, an outlet in the creativity of street art, expression of a form of redemption and urban redevelopment projected in the dimension of neglected public spaces, in which there is no cultural characterization. Visual art communications, initially spontaneous and ephemeral, that recall the attention by telling alternative spaces of the contemporary city, offering possible utopias.
