We previously documented that the ST/HR hysteresis – the ratio of the area included between the recovery and exercise ST-segment depression values and the heart rate (HR) variation in the recovery phase increases the ExET accuracy for CAD in patients with an equivocal ExET6 or with left ventricular hypertrophy. We then hypothesized that the ST/HR hysteresis may safely increase the diagnostic performance of ExET for CAD screening in patients with severe aortic stenosis

Abstract

We previously documented that the ST/HR hysteresis – the ratio of the area included between the recovery and exercise ST-segment depression values and the heart rate (HR) variation in the recovery phase increases the ExET accuracy for CAD in patients with an equivocal ExET6 or with left ventricular hypertrophy. We then hypothesized that the ST/HR hysteresis may safely increase the diagnostic performance of ExET for CAD screening in patients with severe aortic stenosis
