Abstract

e article provides an overview of the potential of advanced digital technologies in the field of cultural heritage representation and dissemination. e adoption of innovative tools such as interactive XR environments supported by Artificial Intelligence dynamics, educational Serious Games, and digital archives promises to overcome traditional barriers in cultural communication. Research documents how these technologies can facilitate more effective and inclusive cultural transmission, transforming the way cultural heritage is perceived and interacted with by the public, contributing to its preservation and enhancement for future generations. As evidence of such techno-methodological advances, the expeditious survey of a real space using Nerf reconstructive algorithms exploiting progressive video data for AI training on Postshot Beta platform is proposed. e experiment offers insight into the ease of use and speed of application of such low-cost systems compared with the quality of congruent and profitable results.
